12smWhite pearl onions; peeled
12smWhole mushrooms;
1tbVegetable oil; +
1tsVegetable oil
1cDry red wine;
1/2cWater;
1pkInstant chicken broth;
1/2tsPaprika;
1/4tsPepper;
1/2tsDried thyme;
2clGarlic; minced
1smBay leaf;
1tbParsley flakes;

Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in casserole, top with onions and mushrooms. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. cover and bake 1 hour. Remove and discard bay leaf before serving.
